The award is based solely on employee feedback collected on 15 culture drivers critical to any organization's success, including alignment, execution, and connection.

In addition to being named a Delaware Top Workplace, Chemours also received a special award for having clued in senior management, the criteria of which was having senior managers that understand what is really happening at the company. Employee feedback noted that Chemours senior managers are "very open and approachable," and "…if I need help regarding an issue…I can reach out to my leaders to get the answer needed in a very responsive way."
