Michael R. Foley is the President of Chemours Titanium Technologies (TT), one of the largest manufacturers of titanium dioxide (TiO₂) in the world, serving the global coatings, laminates, and plastics markets.
With three decades of leadership in the chemical industry, Michael has a proven track record of driving transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth through market cycles. At Momentive Performance Materials, he most recently served as President & General Manager (GM) of the Formulated Specialties Business, where he led a $1 billion portfolio across five business units, eight manufacturing sites, and 2,000 employees worldwide. Previously, he was President & GM of Momentive’s Core Silicones Business, where he delivered significant EBITDA and value improvements through strategic transformation, portfolio optimization, and organizational restructuring.
Earlier in his career, Michael also held several executive roles at Momentive across procurement, supply chain, and operations where he drove growth strategies, M&A transitions, and achieved substantial operational synergies. He began his career at General Electric, holding leadership positions in plant management, supply chain, and operations, and was recognized for his expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
