Biography
Matthew serves as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Chemours, leading our human resources organization. His collaborative approach, credibility with diverse stakeholders, and passion for developing talent will be great assets to our organization as we continue to advance Chemours’ Pathway to Thrive strategy.
A highly accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in global manufacturing, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures and aligning human capital strategies with business objectives throughout his career.
Prior to joining Chemours, Matthew served as CHRO at Vantage Specialty Chemicals. He has also held senior HR leadership positions at Ingredion Corporation and Precision Castparts Corporation, enabling significant growth and transformation of business and culture through his work.
Matthew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Kalamazoo College and an MBA from the London Business School.
