Real Change Takes Time
"You can change what your company says about itself quickly, but research shows it can take, on average, seven years to change the culture. It takes time and hard work to go through all the things that really touch people and to align them with your larger company goals."
"I grew up on a farm, so my first job was chores, typically taking care of the animals. I learned that it doesn't matter what else is happening, the work still needs to be done."
