Glypure™ GL is the cyclic diester of glycolic acid, referred to in the International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI) as glycolide. Each Glypure™ GL molecule releases two molecules of glycolic acid upon exposure to moisture in the skin.
