Shopping Securely
We want you to be happy with your online shopping experience with us. We are proud to be a partner with the Yahoo! Store network. As we know, Yahoo! also takes seriously the issue of security. Every time you send your credit card number and your billing and shipping information through our store, Yahoo! is using industry standard technology to prevent the information from being intercepted. Your credit card number is also encrypted when that information is transferred to the fulfillment center.

Once the items you desire are viewable in your shopping cart, click to place the order. You will be directed to supply shipping and billing information and will receive confirmation that your order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once our fulfillment center receives the order, typically within one business day.

Although we make every effort to stay in stock of all the items we show on our web site, there may be times when we are out of stock on a requested item. We will send out an e-mail notification of the outage, and you will have the option of canceling the order at that time, or waiting until the item is available.

Ordering by Phone

Paying by Purchase Order
We gladly accept your purchase order for merchandise totaling more than $1,000; note, however, merchandise orders under that amount are by credit card only. If you are a first-time customer to Chemours and want to place an order by purchase order, you will need to complete a Credit Qualification form. Credit checks will be completed within 15 business days from the receipt of your fax. After credit approval, your order will be processed. This form can only be used for orders that exceed $1,000.00.

Delivery & Handling
Orders placed with Shop Teflon™ are shipped by ground. Orders for Teflon™ AF are shipped by air. Orders will be shipped within 7 business days.

International Customers
Shop Teflon™ currently does not accept orders outside of the United States of America.

Returning/Exchanging Unused Merchandise
Shop Teflon™ gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be preauthorized by calling Customer Service at 844-773-2436, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Once a return is authorized, you will be assigned a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on where to send your merchandise. The Return Authorization Number must be displayed clearly on the outside of the returned package. Any packages that arrive without a Return Authorization Number clearly displayed on the outside of the box will be refused. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be credited or completed after receipt of any returned material.

NOTE: Fees charged for shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Shipping Charges
All orders for Teflon™ AF are sent via air freight at $18. Ground charges waived on internet orders for a limited time on non Teflon™ AF grades (Normal ground charges for each 100 lb container are $66 for orders shipped 1 to 1,700 miles from Wilmington, DE, and $79 for orders shipped over 1,700 miles from Wilmington, DE).
