Chipotle Mango Glaze

This glaze will add a little spicy-sweet kick to chicken or pork.



2 tbsp mango jam

1 tbsp ground chipotle chile spice

1 tbsp orange juice



In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients well and bring to a simmer over low heat on stove. Remove from heat and brush over hot grilled chicken breast.

Serve as an entrée with rice and your favorite veggie or on a bed of fresh baby greens with cilantro, cherry tomatoes, and roasted corn.
