Nut Crusted Chicken Tenders Recipe

Chestnuts, pecans, or walnuts add a sweet taste to the chicken. The mesh basket crisps them both sides of the chicken at once in less time.
Preheat the oven to 375°. Combine the nuts with the breadcrumbs and rosemary. Add salt and pepper to taste. Brush the tenders lightly all around with the mustard; roll in the nut mix. Spray each chicken piece lightly with olive oil; place Oven Crisper Basket with Teflon™ nonstick coating on a clean work surface. Add the chicken pieces and bake 20 minutes until tenders are golden and crispy. Place basket back on the clean work surface; transfer chicken to a serving plate.
