Soft Scramble Eggs-Ham Duet

This creative pan cooks two foods at once, and cuts your work in half with another great nonstick product from the family of safe, durable Teflon™ cookware coatings!



¼ cup brewed coffee

¼ teaspoon brown sugar

4 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk

Pinch salt & pepper

1 teaspoon butter

1 (½ -inch) thick slice cured ham, cut in half

1 heaping tablespoon whipped cream cheese

⅓ cup corn kernels

Mix coffee with sugar; set aside. Vigorously beat eggs with milk and S&P -- light & fluffy; set aside. Over medium heat, melt butter; add ham to grill side of Anolon® Advanced Grill-Griddle Skillet with Teflon™ (family) nonstick coating. Cook a few minutes and when ham begins to weep brown, pour in coffee mix and turn heat to low. Pour eggs onto griddle; let bottom set a minute and then stirring to begin forming curds. Turn over ham; return to eggs and when halfway cooked add cream cheese & corn, stirring. As small creamy curds barely set, remove from heat; sit a minute and serve with the ham.
