Shape a plain crepe or create heart-shaped crepe doodles. No art talent required!
Combine milk, eggs, water, butter in blender 5 seconds. Add flour, salt; blend 5 seconds more. Batter should be fluid but a little thick. Transfer to a squeeze bottle. Lightly butter a crepe pan or small skillet coated with Autograph in the family of Teflon™ nonsticks. Lightly but quickly squeeze out doodle, lifting bottle off pan often so batter doesn't blur design. Cook 35 seconds or more and flip another few seconds. For round crepe: use ¼ cup measure to add batter to pan; rotate pan quickly to form thin layer, cooking 30 seconds. When edges stiffen, flip crepe and cook 10 seconds more before removing.
