Holiday Party Calzone
Servings: 6 - 8 slices
Festive and flavorful for any holiday occasion, this calzone may be cut into bite-size pieces or served as wedges with fork and knife.
Preheat oven to 425°. Unroll dough and let rest 30 minutes. Shape into a circle and place onto a pizza pan coated with Teflon™ nonstick. Mix the mustard with white sauce; brush onto dough within ½-inch of the edge. Layer ham slices and then Provolone on bottom half of the circle. Top with arugula, tomatoes, seasoning and Mozzarella. Fold over and pinch edges together. Brush with egg wash. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack a few minutes before slicing as desired.
