Camp-Fired Shrimp with Rice recipe

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon pepper spice

2 minced garlic cloves

½ cup green peas

12 cleaned shrimp

1 tablespoon fresh parsley

½ cup cooked brown rice

Heat the oil over the fire in a campfire friendly saucepan with Teflon™ nonstick coating. Add the lemon pepper and garlic, and sauté a minute to brown. Add the peas and toss 1 minute; add the shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the shrimp turns pink. Sprinkle in the parsley. Serve with the rice.
