Baked Apple BBQ Pork Chops with Sauerkraut recipe
Although we don’t prepare them on the grill, a homemade sauce gives these chops a magnificent char-broiled taste.
Mix together the ingredients for the sauce. Preheat the oven to 350°.
Toss the sauerkraut in a bowl with the onions, carrots and apples. Transfer the mixture into a medium rectangular baking pan with Teflon® nonstick coating. Place the chops on top of the sauerkraut mixture and spoon the barbecue sauce over them. Bake 1-1/4 hours or until the pork is tender and there’s almost no pink in the center.
