Surprise-in-the-Box Fall Pizza recipe

Because this is good cold, wrap the slices with foil and place in the lunchbox with an ice pack.
Preheat the oven to 450°. Brush olive oil on the top side of the pizza dough. Place on a baking pan with Teflon® nonstick coating. Toss the arugula with the dressing. Place the greens around the dough and then nestle in the apples and walnuts between the leaves; top with the cheese. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts and the dough begins to brown. Let rest 3 minutes before cutting into wedges with kitchen scissors.
