Tenderloin Steak recipe
Serve this steak as is, or in the Summer Berry Walnut Romaine Salad with Steak.
Rub the steaks with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place them on a grill pan with Teflon® nonstick coating. Grill until medium rare and let rest for 5 minutes on a cutting board. Slice thinly across the grain and let cool to room temperature. Then, place on a plated dish of the salad. Serve immediately.
