Ginger-Orange Marinated Flank Steak
Flank steak is lean meat that pairs very well with so many side dishes. Slice it thinly on the diagonal.
Stir together the ingredients for the marinade. Place the steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the top. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Remove the steak from the marinade and pour the marinade into a small saucepan coated with Chemours™ Teflon™ non-stick. Stir in the honey.
Bring the marinade to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Stir often for 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Grill the steak at about 350 degrees for 10 minutes and turn to cook on the other side for 8 minutes to desired doneness. Serve with the marinade. Sprinkle with the orange zest.
