For a fun dessert with an adult twist, try this recipe that plays upon the traditional ingredients of s’mores. We use chips. And in place of marshmallows, we opt for Mascarpone, the thick Italian creamy cheese.
In a medium skillet coated with Teflon™ non-stick, toast the crumbs over medium until golden and hardly browned. Stir in the chocolate and butterscotch chips and heat through.
Divide the mixture into 1-cup ramekins and top with a scoop of Mascarpone cheese; top with the nuts and serve warm, sprinkled with the cocoa and more chips to sweeten the cheese.
