Farmer in the Deli

  Meats and cheeses that are formed into cold cuts are great ways to entertain with ease. This summer, mix pre-cooked foods into your lineup. But when you do, be sure to boost their health content by mixing them with fresh fruits and vegetables from the produce aisles or the farmer’s markets.
