Easiest Turkey Gravy


Cook the turkey in the roasting pan with ½ cup chicken broth per every 3 pounds of turkey.

In a small saucepan with Teflon™ nonstick coatings, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, blending as you go.

When incorporated, add the drippings and broth from the turkey into a 2-cup measuring cup (add more broth if necessary to equal 2 cups), and stir in 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard and 1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves; simmer for about 15 minutes until sauce thickens slightly. Serve at the table.
