Camp Eggs That Give You the Creeps

Whoops, we mean crepes of course. But with Halloween on the Frankenstein brain, something else came to mind. And of course, there is actually nothing creepy about making eggs over an open fire; and it’s a cinch in this pan.

The thin egg becomes a shell – something like a soft taco, only much more nutritious than just baked white flour. So, cook up bulk sausage in this skillet and remove it; then take the eggs (that you already beat at home) and pour into the pan.

See our basic egg shell-making recipe in Market Fresh. Spread with a condiment such as mayo or mustard and add the sausage; you can even tuck in a little baby arugula or spinach; roll up.
