Chemicals & Fluoroproducts - Compliance with REACH

Introduction

In Chemours, Product Stewardship is an important aspect within our supply chain relationships. The following documents are aimed at giving you general information on Chemours compliance with the REACH legislation (Reg. EC 1907/2006) and the CLP legislation (Reg. EC no. 1272/2008). For more detailed information related to a specific Chemicals and Fluoro product, please refer to the drop-down list and select the product you are interested in.

Intention to Register

Chemours has registered or intends to register all the substances in our products in accordance with the required REACH deadlines (e.g. for phase-in substances 2010, 2013 or 2018). Chemours currently has the intention to support its product portfolio under REACH, under the condition that the REACH legislation does not impose a commercial or technical burden which could impact the health of our business. There may be some cases where a certain number of chemicals will no longer be available for the European market. Should our intention to register change or should there be a change in our product composition between now and 2018, we will make every effort to notify our customers in advance.
